And all you create, and all you destroy

I've been working on the voxel engine for A New Zero, one of the additions is multiple voxel areas which I can place over the landscape for cities or bridges. The other is structural physics for the buildings, so they now collapse when you destroy the supports. At the end of the video you can see how this works, when an area is destroyed a physical model is created and a simulation similar to Pontifex's is run to see what should fall. I will be adding a humanoid mode soon, so you will be able to walk inside the buildings. Until they get blowed up.

In other news, here's some quotes about Hockey? from around the web:

"Oh by the way, is developed by the same human little people signed the now legendary 'Golf?'." - Google translation of gamesajare.com

"You will learn. You’ll suffer first. But you will learn." - rockpapershotgun.com

"I'm ...very, very hard." - indiegames.com

"why is ign showing us this?" - deltrae3 on youtube.com

"very enjoying this game" - bloodynooob on youtube.com

Would you guys be interested in putting out like a beta or unstable release? I'm more than ok with putting up with some crashiness to play around with this stuff

Amazing, the shooting looks like it must feel incredibly satisfying, it looks great and powerful. Please like the guy above said, add an unstable release! Would love this.

Also a couple fun game modes for this, having a few players in humanoid mode, and have them try to hide around in buildings, and have 1 or 2 player controlled tanks that will try and kill all the humans, the last surviving human wins the round. Or of course Team Deathmatch with player tanks.

Anyways, amazing work as always!

An unstable release would be awesome! I'm sure people would agree when I say that DICE definately could learn something from that; fantastic work!

There are a lot of voxel engines out there that do similar stuff but none of them seem to be working any game.

This, Pontifex III or Odyssey. Just pick one and finish it so we can give you some money!

Preferably this year :)

I sent you an email about new zero. I suggest you read it. This also looks really cool.

Man, new zero for lyfe, been waiting for an update!

besides all these new additions like better destruction, tanks and humanoids. A wish would be improved syncing, iirc when a few or certain people sync to an ongoing game it clogs the server/game up. a fix for it would be amazing during these bursts of new players (due to rps mentioning ANZ)

Also want a dual cannon fighter if its not too op! :D

also in direct regard to the destruction in the video, looked a tad too much sometimes, a tiny bit less could fall apart perhaps, to keep the levels intact for longer. Better for gameplay imo!

OK! so keep up the good work and push out an update soon! (but deal with the lag issue so these new peoples stick around :D)

A New Zero 4 lyfe!

I am sure thousands of people like me check your website regularly only to find out if you will EVER finish Pontifex III. We want bridge-building, and nothing else will satisfy our spoiled consumer-minds!

I want the new game to look at least as good as Bridge It, and be at least as versatile as Pontifex II/BCS.

Come on, deliver on your promises!

@björn I know I do :)

Me too! Lets build some bridges!

Less is more. Our wedding dresses 2012 best interpret the concept of amber-like purity by highlighting nothing but the texture of sheer fabrics. Close-fitted dresses in fine structured physique inspire the thought of Grecian beauty mermaid wedding dresses, together with the air of hope and confidence towards life ooze out. Just release yourself from the dazzling complexity and all lost in simplicity.
